In this news,the situation of soot and dust emission has been introduced based on the relevant data.The overall condition of contamination among provincial capital in China has been analyzed. In the air quality rank list of the main 74 cities in China, six cities among 10 bottom are from Hebei province. What’s more, lung cancer rate continues to rise in the 3 decade years. Air contamination also lead to series of diseases to death. It has profound influences on people’s health and lives. New Environmental Protecting Law still has long way to go.
