In recent years, haze gradually become a key focus of environmental issues in public. Taking Beijing for an example, on the one hand, PM2.5 problem intensified, the air quality of the environment is getting worose. On the other hand, car ownership is growing, the attendant congestion, but also makes the capital known as the "first block" of the title.The reliable studies have shown that the causes of PM2.5 in automobile exhaust accounts for 28.6%, while the congestion causes more exhaust emissions. Congestion charges originated in Western countries, and is taken as a policy tool in London, Singapore.It have achieved a good result, in this situation, we intercept Beijing car ownership and congestion status of five years, with the implementation of the congestion charge, to explore this policy and linkage between auto emissions and air quality improvement.
