自然环境是人类赖以产生的源地，更是人类得以生存与发展的重要保障。人类进入工业化时代对环境资源的使用达到前所未有的高度，新中国成立以来环境资源支撑中华民族在复兴之路上不断前进，与此同时环境保护的问题也进入全社会视野。本数据新闻通过对自建国以来国家发布的32部法律和46部行政法规的文本分析，旨在梳理新中国成立以来有关“环境保护”法律法规的演变，为社会公众了解环境保护知识提供一种的历史性审视。
Natural environment is the source area of human beings, as well as the important guarantee for existence and development of mankind. Since human beings entered into the industrial era, the resource utilization has reached an unprecedented height.
