环保对于穷人来说是奢侈品吗

In the video, we argue that environmental protection is no luxury for the poor though it does exert an impact on economic development in poverty-stricken regions. We list the cost for addressing pollution in the water and air that is most closely related to our everyday life, and compare it with the local fiscal revenue. While presenting the data, we apply analogy and other analytical methods to generalize the issue in a global context. We hope to use this video to appeal developed regions to help less developed ones to work on environmental protection, and promote mutual interests and shared prosperity.
